We will be shopping for the food for the camping trip this Thursday night at BJs in Setauket, 7:30 pm.  If your boy wants a say in what we will be eating this is the time, and it also helps toward some rank requirements for food preparation.

This will be our fall court of honor evening when the boys will receive all the awards and rank advancements they have earned over the summer and up to now.  Parents are welcome to come to the meeting and watch the ceremony. This is our fall backpacking trip to Harriman State Park.  Backpacking is not for everyone because there is usually some work involved carrying everything you need in and out, but if your boy is interested this is a good trip.

This is the annual Webelos Woods camping trip where we camp at Baiting Hollow Scout camp for two nights, and work with the Webelos Cub Scouts to show them some of what the next level, Scouts is about. Details in a separate email.
