Hiking to Tom Jones shelter in Harriman State Park. The boys are required to prepare a backpacking menu in preparation for the trip. It should be something easy to prepare and to their liking, similar to the demonstration that Mr Pearsall and Mr Komperda prepared. Due to the weather this trip was postponed. Rain date TBD.
