Memorial Day, No School, and No Monday scout meeting.

This is the Calverton Flag Pickup day. We will meet at the high school tennis courts parking lot at 8:30 am Saturday morning, And we will be leaving at 8:40 am sharp. Class A or B uniforms, and we are at Area 24 in the cemetery  

This is Matt Chan’s Eagle Scout project.  The tentative plan is we are doing this in the afternoon after the Calverton flag pickup. The time will likely be 1:00 pm at my house, 137 South Hickory Street. I will send out another email between now and then to confirm this.

This is Justin Behren’s Eagle Scout Court of honor at 3:00 pm, but we will meet at 2:00 pm to practice the ceremony.

Class B uniforms for all those that attended Justin Behren’s Eagle COH, Class A uniforms for everyone else.

Every year, the Elk’s hold a Flag Day ceremony for the seniors at the Atria in Setauket across route 347 from BJs. Our scouts carry in flags for the ceremony, and we show our support for the Elks, and the seniors at the facility. And there are usually dignitaries that attend. This does count as […]
