The Mother’s Day Plant sale ordering is upon us.  Attached is the Customer Order Form, and the Scouts Order Tally form.

We need the one Scouts Tally sheet and payments back to us by Monday April 17^th.

Scouts should have their customers fill out the customer order forms, and collect full payment at that time.  Add all customer sheets up and transfer to the info to ONE TALLY sheet, and hand that in with the full payment.  Scouts should keep the customer forms so they know what their customers wanted.

We don’t have a meeting the night of 4/17.  We have 2 weeks in a row that we don’t have meetings, so the orders can be dropped off at either Liz Roder’s house, or my house at any time before that.  Just text us and let us know you are coming.  Addresses and phone number are below.

The orders will be ready for pickup on Saturday May 6, and we can certainly use help that day sorting the orders out.

There will be no pickup of orders before they are all sorted out, just to make sure they are all correct.
