The boys are required to prepare a backpacking menu in preparation for the trip. It should be something easy to prepare and to their liking, similar to the demonstration that Mr Pearsall and Mr Komperda prepared.

We will meet at the Uncle Giuseppe’s parking lot at 6:00 am Saturday morning, stay overnight at Harriman State Park, and come home in the early afternoon on Sunday.
