The Applebees Pancake breakfast fundraiser is coming up in a couple of weeks, Saturday 3/21/26, 8:00 am to 10:00 am at the Applebee’s in Miller Place on route 25A.  Attached is a Scouts order form for ordering and paying for tickets to the breakfast.  Also attached is a form you can use to request donations and tell people about our troop.  We must have the vast majority of tickets ordered and paid for ahead of time because we have to guarantee a certain number of sales to Applebees and we have to give them an idea of how much supplies they need to get.  They do not normally serve breakfast, they are doing this for us.  We need to have these forms back to us by Friday March 13^th, and to collect any donations for the auctions by Wednesday March 18^th.  Everyone should try and get donations from local businesses and friends that we can auction off at the breakfast.  We already have a 75” Roku TV to auction off donated by my close friends Anselm and Janet Lowe, whose son was with our pack and troop a while back and is a local Allstate insurance agent.  I would also like to thank Charles Reed for his donation of the bicycle at the Bingo night, which in the past we used for the pancake breakfast.  If you have received something for the auction, please let Andrea Febles know about it, her contact information is below.  If you have ticket orders, you can give them to me at either the 3/2, or 3/9 meeting, or get them to Andrea Febles at the contact information below.  We can certainly use any help we can get the day of the breakfast.  Adults can help in the kitchen and with getting the food out, and our scouts can help with selling the tickets for the auctions and the 50/50 that day.  Thank you in advance for any help you can give.
