SUMMARY:Flower Sale Distribution Day
DESCRIPTION:This is the day we distribute the flowers to you.  Then you bring them to the people you sold them to. \nThe location for the pickup will be Norwood Avenue School\, front parking lot. \nYou can pick up your flowers between 10 and 12 in the morning at that location. \nWe will probably be meeting at that location at 8:00 am to sort out the flowers into the orders\, and we can use some help with that too. \nThere will not be any distribution of the orders until they are all sorted out.  This is a big and complicated job\, and we went them all sorted out first before we hand them out to make sure there are no mistakes.  Sometimes we have to make substitutions.  Maybe the supplier ran out of a color or type of plant.  We will do our best to satisfy every order exactly as it was ordered\, but please be patient with us\, and hopefully a little flexible.  If we have to make a substitution\, and it was in your flowers\, and you don’t like it\, we will work with you on substituting something else\, or a last resort is to return them and get your money back.  Don’t forget to say Happy Mother’s Day to all the Moms that day.

DESCRIPTION:This is the Calverton Flag Placement day.  We should car pool as much as we can.  We will meet at the Uncle Giuseppe’s Parking lot at 8:15 am on Saturday morning\, organize ourselves\, and leave the parking lot at 8:30.  The event starts at 9:30 am\, but the traffic gets very heavy going out there\, so we have to leave early. \nClass A uniforms.  This usually goes very quick\, and we should be back in Port Jeff Station by about 10:45.  If you can only attend one of these events (placement or pickup next weekend)\, go to the pickup because attendance is typically lower\, and we can use the help.
