DESCRIPTION:We will meet on Friday evening in the Old Elk’s lodge parking lot at 6:00 pm to pack up the trailer\, and head out to Baiting Hollow. \nWe will be staying two nights at Baiting Hollow\, and I can use some help setting up Friday evening in the dark! \nOn Saturday we will be waking up early\, and helping the Webelos and their parents coming into camp and for the rest of the day\, we will be manning the BB range. \nWe will wear our class B uniforms going out Friday evening\, but bring your class A’s with you.  We will be wearing our class A uniforms all day Saturday. Saturday evening we can change into other clothes. \nSo we are going to camp in the field that we were in a couple of years ago.  Follow the road out to the cabin in the back\, and we will be in the field below Penataquit cabin.  Penataquit is the cabin on the hill in the back of camp.  I believe they call the field Brownsea.  We will have plenty of room to spread out\, and they have promised to cut the grass for us. \nCamp Map (PDF)

DESCRIPTION:Steven Poulos has been awarded for his efforts with anti-bullying at school this Monday night at a school board meeting.  This boy is a member of our troop (BSA Troop 354)\, and we would like to bring our troop down to the meeting to show our support for Steven.  This is going to be a surprise for Steven\, but his parents know about it.  Thank you very much for recognizing him\, and we want to be there to show our support too. \nThis will also satisfy a requirement for attending a school board meeting that the boys have for Citizenship in the Community Merit Badge.  So\, it will serve more than one purpose.  We plan on meeting in the back parking lot of Norwood Ave school at 7:45\, and coming in around 7:55.  I hope this is OK with you.  It is short notice\, but I only just recently found out about it\, and I’m making the arrangements with the troop.  Please let me know if you have any concerns.
