DESCRIPTION:Boy Scout Troop 354 is having their 10 th annual Applebee’s Pancake Breakfast\nFundraiser on Saturday\, March 4 th \, 2023. We are a local Boy Scout Troop in Port\nJefferson Station NY that has been in existence for over 50 years\, and we are\nchartered by the BPO Elks Lodge 2138. In our tenure\, we have generated over 80\nEagle Scouts\, and their projects have served many non-profit organizations in our\ncommunity. During our breakfast we will have some raffles\, and as the\nScoutmaster of Troop 354\, I am writing you this letter in the hopes of a donation\nfrom your organization to make this fundraiser successful. If you have any\nquestions\, please contact me at (631) 331-3587. \nOur Annual Applebee’s Pancake Breakfast is here Saturday\, March 4\, 2023! \n  \nTickets – $12.00 per person or Family Four Pack $44.00 \nA flier with all the information is attached\, please start selling tickets for this event\, we need to guarantee 100 people. \nApplebee’s did raise prices this year by $2.00 a ticket.  However\, the Boys will still earn between $5.00-$6.00 per ticket sold. \n  \n\n Please print and fill out the attached order formand return with full payment to Liz Roder by February 27\, 2023 @ 42 Linda Street Port Jefferson Station OR Drop off at the Scout COH 2/27. \nPlease have your guests pay you up front to reserve their seats. Checks made payable to “BSA Troop 354”\n Purchased tickets will be at the hostess station that morning. Tickets are not given out beforehand. DESCRIPTION:We have planned a trip to Schiff Scout camp in Wading River from Saturday 2/18/2023 to Sunday 2/19/2023.\nWe will gather at the high school tennis parking lot at 9:00 am on Saturday morning.\nWe will drive out to Schiff Scout camp and be staying in the Smith Cabin in camp.\nWe will get situated at camp\, have lunch\, and then travel out to the Riverhead Aquarium where we will stay until 5:00 pm.\nWe will come back to the Schiff Scout camp at night and have a Pizza dinner\, and be staying overnight.\nI plan on showing a movie or two that night.\nWe will have breakfast on Sunday morning\, and be coming home by noon.\nThe cost will be $35.00 per boy\, and $15.00 per adult.\nWe will need help with a couple of adults coming along\, and help with transportation.\nYou can come out late\, or leave early if that works for you\, just let me know what you need to do.\nPlease let me know if your boy is coming along and hand in your payment at the Court of Honor at Norwood School on Monday 2/6/23.\nAlso let me know if you would like to come along with us\, and/or can help with transportation.\nWe will be shopping for the food for the trip on Thursday evening 2/16/23\, 7:30 pm at BJs in Setauket\nEmail me with any questions.

DESCRIPTION:For Those Going to Yawgoog\, Sunday Morning\, 7/17/2022\, 8:00 am at High School \nWe meet at 8:00 am at the high school parking lot by the tennis courts to pack the trailer. \nNo uniforms necessary\, we just need the trunks to pack the trailer\, and anything the boys are not carrying with them on the ferry. \n  \nFor Those Going to Yawgoog\, Sunday Afternoon\, 7/17/2022\, 1:00 pm at Orient Point Ferry \nWe meet at 1:00 pm at the Orient Point Ferry terminal to gather before boarding the ferry for camp. \nI recommend the boys take a light weight knapsack with them on the ferry with a drink and a snack. \n  \nFor Those Going to Yawgoog\, Sunday Afternoon\, 7/24/2022\, 2:00 pm at Orient Point Ferry \nPlease meet us at 2:00 pm at the Orient Point ferry to pick up your boys for coming home from camp. \nFYI\, This is earlier in the day then it has been in the past because we have to leave camp earlier. \nWe will head back to the high school parking lot by the tennis courts to gather again to unload the trailer\, and hand out the camp pictures. \nWhen you are picking up your son that day\, We will have a leader walking off with them to make sure they all have someone there for them. \nThe boys tend to scatter\, so please try to make eye contact with the leader so we know there is someone there for them.
