This is the Elk’s Flag Day ceremony at the Atria on Route 347 in Setauket.  It will start at 10:30 am, and last for about 1.5 hours.  So I will need adult and boys help from those not attending the camping trip, or those that can leave the camping trip early, and make the ceremony.  The boys carry out a dozen flags in the ceremony, and the adults supervise.  The boys should be in full Class A uniform.  There are no speaking parts, just follow the Elk’s lead.  The adults should keep a list of who attended, and the Elk’s may want that list to announce the names at the end of the ceremony.
