This is a backpacking trip up at Harriman State park, NY.  The boys have to carry everything with them in their backpacks.

They have to plan their own meals, do their own shopping, and carry everything in and out with them.

They divide up into teams and share the load among the team for carrying the tent, stoves, pots, and food.

This is not necessarily a campout for the younger and smaller boys, although if a boy wants to go, we will work with them.
